Hi, I’m Blair.
As a holistic healer with a diverse clinical background, I am here to guide you on your journey through mind, body, and spirit. By combining sacred ritual, sound, healing touch, and practical body knowledge, I have developed a supportive reiki session that allows my clients to better find safety in their bodies.
What is Reiki?
The word Reiki is composed of two Japanese characters. “Rei” ( meaning spiritual, sacred and “Ki” (meaning energy or life force). Together these characters mean spiritual energy. The theory behind Reiki is that it opens an energy channel between the practitioner and the patient so the transfer of healing energy can flow, restoring the patient both mentally and physically. Reiki practitioners use their hands to transfer energy, either moving their hands just over the body without touching or by lightly touching the body. This gentle body work therapy can offer significant benefits with little to no negative side effects and is suited for all bodies called to receive restoration of self. Beyond the physical sense of wellbeing, the ultimate goal of Reiki is to rediscover ones true essence; a gentle reminder to mind/body that we are connected beings who can embody healing, well being and love.
